These courses address relevant concepts and techniques for hip replacement, total knee replacement, and ACL repair surgeries that comprise the foundation for the development of new and more complex surgical skills.  These courses are regularly attended by surgeons from around the world. Since 2014, Dr. Peyton has presented on anterior hip replacements during numerous courses, including Beginner, Advanced, and Revision Courses in Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Miami, and also Master's Courses in Chicago.

I just had a partial hip replacement, early this morning. This afternoon already feel a stunningly huge difference! I now have two solid, stable legs, not just one-and-a-half! Dr. Peyton is a master of his craft par excellence, a consummate professional. He is friendly and approachable, and he truly cares about his patients. Thank you, fine sir, for quite literally giving me back my life! You have transformed it dramatically!

Excellent service and care. Completed second knee replacement. Was able to go on a hike with my wife for the first time in over 10 years, one of her favorite activities. I have regained a quality of life that I missed out on for so many years because of limited mobility.
