I am a frequent flyer at A&SO :(. However I wouldn’t go to any other place! I am so thankful for Dr. Ahillen, her medical assistant Nick, and the entire front desk staff (they are so hospitable). I have been managing pain in my thumbs for a very long time now. Dr A is, by far, the kindest, most talented Dr/surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. IME, it’s unusual to have a doctor who actually listens to my concerns and answers my questions, especially without rushing or condescension. Dr A not only does this every single visit, but she does this in a manner that validates my feelings. She treats her patients with the utmost respect, to the point I feel included in the collaboration, development and implementation of my plan of care. Overall, the comfort, support and medical knowledge/expertise she (and her entire staff) provides is unparalleled! Choose A&SO! You won’t be disappointed!

Dr Ahillen is awesome. She had previously operated on my wrist to replace a joint which was hugely successful. With my shoulder issue she got me into treatment post haste. A&S are fabulous.
