Paying your patient balance with InstaMed is easy and accessible anywhere, anytime. Please be assured that all your personal information will be confidential and secure and will not be internally or externally forwarded or shared with any outside parties and will only be used by Arthritis & Sports for the purpose of processing your payment. If you do not know your account number, please use Account Number “99999” (five 9s) for the InstaMed form.
